1. General

We like to try and keep things simple.

Terms and conditions referred to herein do not affect your statutory rights.

 

2. Ordering and delivery of your purchase.

Ordering your purchase should be made online through our website.

Delivery will be made by recorded delivery post and you should receive your goods within 5 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event of your purchase not arriving within 5 days it should be noted that the Royal Mail does not consider it lost until 15 working days have elapsed.

Purchases over £35 will be postage free in the UK unless a special delivery option is requested.

Orders under £35 will incur a postage and packing fee of £5.40 inclusive of VAT

European and worldwide delivery will be sent by Royal Mail and will be calculated for you at Checkout.

 

3. Payment.

Payment for the goods purchased should be made by use of any one of the major credit or debit cards accepted through our Paypal account.

All our product prices are inclusive of Vat at the current prevailing rate and should be paid for in sterling .

 

4. Returns and refunds.

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not then please firstly email us to advise us of the problem ( info@eyeeyedesign.com) and if it cannot be resolved then simply return the item unused and undamaged in a saleable condition and in its original packing within 30 days. A full refund less postage and packing charges will be made. Should the reason for a return be faulty goods then any postage and packing charges incurred by you will also be repaid. It is well advised that you have proof of postage when you return goods to us as in the event of loss in transit proof of postage will be required before repayment can be made.

SPECIAL CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY: Any purchase made from the 1st of November can be returned and a refund claimed subject to being in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging up to 31st of January. Why not buy your Christmas present now?

5. Privacy.

We are a company registered with the Data Protection Agency and are committed to keeping your private details private.

We retain only your name, address, email and any contact telephone number.

We never have access to your credit card details which are only dealt with through the encrypted server service offered by Paypal when you make your purchase.

We would like to keep you updated from time to time on our products and special offers by email and post, should you not wish to hear from us simply let us know.

 

6. Complaints.

We hope that you have no cause for complaint but we are all human and from time to time things can go wrong. In the event of a complaint please email or telephone us with the details and we will do our best to resolve any issue you may have.

 

7. Description of goods and services.

We will always attempt to accurately photograph and describe the goods that we sell on our website but from time to time it is possible that there may be minor variations to the descriptions and/or specifications of the goods which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers of the parts supplied which form part of the goods.
